Allison N. Peryea has a background in real estate and commercial litigation, with substantial courtroom experience in those areas. She has a track record of success in mediation, arbitration and trial work, in addition to settlement negotiations, the discovery process, and pre- and post-trial motion practice. She is the 2010-11 editor in chief of De Novo, WSBA’s Young Lawyer Division publication, and chair of the YLD Editorial Advisory Committee. She served as the 2009-10 De Novo associate editor.

Allison regularly contributes articles that run in legal publications such as the WSBA Bar News and the WSAJ Trial News. During law school she was an extern for two Superior Court judges and was a Rule 9 intern for UW Student Legal Services and Innocence Project Northwest.
