APPROACH
Every good community association lawyer writes documents, gives advice and
helps solve problems. But we write in plain English, give real world
advice, and create solutions that last.
Real English. Latin is fine for lawyers, but it's wrong for
your documents. A good document needs no translator. Its meaning is clear to
even a sixth grader. We believe your documents work best when written in short,
clear sentences, using plain, simple English. Don't you?
Real World. Clear documents alone will not prevent every
problem. That's because free choice includes a choice to ignore them. It
sometimes takes more than just saying "Stop!" to get an owner to actually do it.
Influencing an owner's choice to comply is an art. An art we understand.
Real Solutions. Treating a symptom does not cure its cause.
We seek solutions that get to the root of the problem.
